Afrobeats star Burna Boy recently expressed his thoughts on Nigerian weddings, highlighting their beauty when properly organized.
The Grammy-winning artist shared his opinion while reacting to the grand wedding of fellow singer Yhemo Lee.
Taking to his Instagram story, Burna Boy posted a picture of Yhemo Lee and his wife, praising the occasion with the caption, “Nigerian weddings are so nice when done right!”
Yhemo Lee, known for his energetic performances and unique sound, married his longtime partner Thayour in a traditional ceremony held in Lagos on Saturday, August 30, 2024.
The wedding was celebrated in grand style, drawing attention from fans and celebrities alike.
Burna Boy’s admiration for the well-executed event sparked conversation online, as many agreed that Nigerian weddings can indeed be spectacular when carefully planned.

It can be noted that the reality star made headline few days ago with the title that BBN has not yet paid her.
However, she addresses and state that she has been paid a long time ago and the false information went viral because someone took her video out of context.
She then proceeded to warn anyone against taking clips of her video and taking it out of context. Warning that she will sue.
A viral clip of Annie Macaulay has made its way online. In the clip, she is seen correcting someone about her name.
It can be noted that the actress was in a club having a good time till she spotted “Annie Idibia” on the screen, which she corrected to use her actual name, “Annie Macaulay.”
The actress then took to social media and stated, “Zenbah the other night … no Idibia.”
Fans and friends mourn the life of Singer, Destiny Boy after his sad passing.
Amid this, an X user observed “Destiny boy gained over 200k followers immediately after his deàth. Life just get as e be.”
Fans reacted and got emotional as the singer is not alive to see his fame and growth.
The cause of death has still not been revealed.
