Actress Adeyela Adebola Urges Women to Resist Societal Pressure on Body Image
Popular Nollywood Actress, Adeyela Adebola speaks out and advises women to fight against society’s peer pressure and expectations.
The actress takes to her Instagram page to address the ongoing trend of ladies making use of ozempic and other methods to lose weight.
The actress leave a bold and empowering message to the ladies. “Dear Slim women, or ‘Dry’ or whatever the society chooses to call you, have you seen the rate at which people use Monjaro (or is it Kilimanjaro, you people call it) and Ozempic to get slim?”
“Have you seen the rate at which people drink all sorts of mixtures to get slim? Don’t let anybody pressure you o, most importantly, don’t let anybody bully you, oloriburuku ni opolopo ninu won.”
