Albert Sambi Lokonga Wants to Stay at Sevilla and Not Return to Arsenal
Arsenal midfielder Albert Sambi Lokonga has made it clear that he does not want to return to the Emirates Stadium. The 25-year-old, who is currently on loan at Sevilla, is hoping to make his stay in Spain permanent.
In an interview with Spanish outlet Mucho Deporte, Lokonga opened up about his desire to continue playing for Sevilla beyond his loan spell.
“I feel very good. I’m growing. I feel better with each game. After leaving Anderlecht, Sevilla is the club where I feel very, very good,” he said.
“I want to stay, but it’s not just my decision. It’s still early, so we’ll see what happens at the end of the season.”
