Ayra Starr Clarifies Relationship with Rema: ‘He’s Like a Brother’
Ayra Starr, the Nigerian singer also known as Oyinkansola Sarah Aderibigbe, recently addressed speculation surrounding her relationship with fellow Mavin record label artist, Rema, during an interview with American pop channel Much Music.
She clarified that their relationship is purely platonic, describing Rema as a brother and an inspiration. Ayra emphasized that while she admires Rema and sees him as a role model for his achievements in the music industry, their connection is rooted in friendship and mutual respect rather than romantic involvement.
She affectionately referred to him as her “brother from another mother” and dubbed him her G.O.A.T (Greatest of All Time). Legit.ng previously covered moments shared between Ayra Starr and Rema.
