Basketmouth Reveals Funke Akindele May Be Too Busy to Respond To Him
Nigerian Comedian and filmmaker, Basketmouth speaks on Funke Akindele and the actress not replying him. In an interview with Arise TV Baskemtouth shared his filmmaking journey and how Funke Akindele was his choice to be a mentor. The Comedian stated that Akindele could help him finish his project and spoke on their first conversation.
He then reveals the actress has not returned his calls to work on the conversation they had “I was going to start with Funke Akindele, and just run it all through.”
“When I called Funke, she was excited and that was in August, and then the next thing, she never picked up my calls again. But she was making a movie, maybe she was busy, or her phone is on silent, or maybe the phone got spoilt. But yeah, I hope she pick up or responds to my messages”.
Nigerian Fuji artist Shanko Rasheed Atanda sadly reports the loss of his first son, Jamaldeen Atanda.
The artist took to social media and revealed this sad news.
“So sad, no parent prays to lose a child in their lifetime but Alhamdulilahi Jamaldeen Emirs Atanda JNR rest well my champ I will surely tell you all about it when I see you again. Omo Ola sun reeee,” he wrote.

The singer revealed this during a TikTok live session where she spoke on her personal difficulties and situation in her life.
“Right now, I have no car, and I owe a lot of people. The last time I had a car was in 2020. I need to pay my debts. I struggle to pay for the hotel I stay at now. I need shelter and a car, even if it is a jalopy. The money I am supposed to use for food, I use it to take Uber around.”
