“Better Single Than Wrongly Married” — Biola Bayo Speaks on Compatibility and Divorce Rates
Nollywood actress Biola Bayo has spoken about marriage, revealing that she rejected many suitors in her search for a man truly compatible with her.
In a recent interview, she explained that not being married does not bother her, stressing that it is better to remain single than to enter the wrong marriage due to societal pressure. She also noted that the rising divorce rate is alarming and pointed out that many people rush into marriage without proper consideration.
“For me, not having found my partner, the person I want to spend the rest of my life with — is not a negative. I’ve been proposed to many times, and I’ve said no.”
