Nigerian actress Beverly Osu recently revealed that she’s thankful she didn’t win Big Brother Africa in 2013. Reflecting on her time on the show in an interview with HIPTV, Osu humorously shared that while fans were rooting for her, her mother was praying she wouldn’t win, fearing the prize money might lead her astray. She now sees her non-victory as a blessing, acknowledging that she probably wasn’t mature enough at the time to handle the prize wisely.

Osu also highlighted how her life and career have evolved positively since then, stating that God’s timing is perfect. She expressed relief that she didn’t win back then, as she might not have known what to do with the money. Now, she feels she’s truly winning in life, having gained more than what the prize could have offered.
