Popular Nigerian crossdresser Bobrisky, has publicly appealed to Burna Boy to facilitate the release of fellow entertainer Speed Darlington from detention.

Speed Darlington, was reportedly arrested after alleging that Burna Boy engaged in an inappropriate relationship with Sean “Diddy” Combs to secure a Grammy win.

The accusation caused legal troubles, leading to Darlington’s prolonged detention despite a court ruling ordering his release.

Adding his voice to the growing calls for leniency, Bobrisky took to Instagram to urge Burna Boy to forgive Speed Darlington.

He argued that 45 days in detention should suffice as punishment and expressed concern over the rapper’s well-being in prison.

In a post shared on his Instagram Story, Bobrisky admitted he had initially resolved to avoid drama involving Nigerian celebrities but felt compelled to speak up due to his compassionate nature. He wrote:

“This year, I really wanted to stay out of anything involving Nigerian celebrities, but my conscience won’t let me ignore this.

Burna Boy, I’m pleading with you to forgive Speed Darlington.

Prison is a terrible place, and I doubt he can afford the VIP section, which is very expensive.”
