Popular Nigerian Singer Burna Boy advises colleagues not to pay attention to social media fans in Nigeria as they won’t come out to support.
The singer takes to his Instagram page to relay an advice to his colleagues. He laments that social media fans in Nigeria won’t come out to fill out a stadium to support them.
“Dear artists, Don’t let twitter polls and “Naija social media fans” deceive you. They won’t fill up any stadium for you in any part of the world.

Music executive Ubi Franklin speaks on music and shares how music is actually very risky to get into, and he explains why.
He states that no matter how much you put into music, you are never sure of how much you will get back.
He said “Music is the riskiest business I’ve ever done. You need ₦100m to promote one song. Even if TikTok carries it, you still need money to keep it on the charts because people have short attention spans, and there’s no guarantee you’ll get your money back.”
Popular singer Lil Nas X shares an emotional tribute to his mum.

She then got emotional, remembering when she was not usually invited to such events because she did not have kids. She always felt sad because of this, so going for this birthday party made her happy.
She added at the end “Please don’t make it harder by excluding people. A woman without a child is not less deserving of love, friendship, inclusion, or celebration. Invite her. Love her. Celebrate with her. You never truly know what someone is carrying behind their smile.”
