Burna Boy Declared Nigeria’s Richest Musician with $80 Million Earnings in 2023
Paulo Okoye, a well-known music executive, has declared that Burna Boy is Nigeria’s richest musician.
During an Instagram live session with prominent podcaster Daddy Freeze, Okoye shared that Burna Boy earned an impressive $80 million in 2023 alone.
Okoye emphasized Burna Boy’s extraordinary financial success, stating, “The only musician truly making significant money in Nigeria right now is Burna Boy.
Just four years ago, he was already earning between $80 to $100 million. Burna Boy stands out as the wealthiest in the industry.”
He went on to highlight Burna Boy’s unique approach to managing his business. “Burna Boy operates on a different scale.
What sets him apart is his tight-knit team, consisting mainly of his immediate family—his mother and sister, along with a few others. His core team comprises no more than eight people, with the rest being contractors or consultants.”

Moses Bliss has now issued an apology, saying “I sincerely apologize to every graphic designer who felt disrespected or undervalued… that was never my intention.”
He added “The goal was to give creatives a platform to showcase their work, not to undermine their value.”
