Comedian Ali Baba Shares Insightful Post on Struggles of Gospel Artists: “From Rejection to Recognition”

Nigerian Comedian Ali Baba shares his opinion and insights to the debate on gospel Artist fees. The comedian takes to his Instagram page to emphasize and highlight the struggles and changed of a gospel artist.
The comedian shares personal stories of many gospel artists who have struggled with their lifestyle and finances. He then states “In the end, the ones that stayed in the local parishes, see the ones that launched out on their own apursued the gospel ministration, became popular, accepted, paid, & invited, by the same parish that refused to even give them tokens of particles from tithes, to ease, their tight corner.”
It can be recalled that Pastor Lazarus started out the debate with his comment on gospel Artist fees.

Nigerian singer Ayra Starr shares her opinion on which African country cooks the best jollof rice.
In a recent interview, the singer spoke about the best African jollof rice when asked. She first shared that she had just tried Senegalese jollof rice and applauded it, but still maintained that Nigeria is number one, while recognizing that Senegalese rice is good.
“I just tried Senegalese jollof rice, so right now, Nigerian jollof is always gonna be number one, but I get why people say they are the originators of jollof rice.”

‘Begging Is Everywhere’ – Rapper DanDizzy Laments Growing Poverty in Nigeria

Nigerian rapper DanDizzy takes to social media to express his concern about the increasing rate of begging in the country.
The rapper first lamented the fact that he is constantly approached by people in need of money. He then expressed his worry with the following statement:
“We’ve never had begging this bad in Nigeria. They’re literally begging you at every corner—and I mean people with jobs: receptionists, security men, waitresses, and sometimes even their supervisors are joining them. People are poor and their salaries are not enough. God abeg!! If you visit two places in this Nigeria and no one begs you for money, make I no blow!!!! Even if you just dey land airport sef??”
