Afrobeats superstar, David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has made a bold statement about the significant impact of Nigerians in various sectors, particularly in the United States.

During his appearance on the Afric TV program, Davido emphasized the immense contributions Africans, especially Nigerians, are making to both the professional and creative industries worldwide.

He shared his belief that Nigerians, in particular, are at the forefront of excellence, even claiming that the best doctors in America are of Nigerian descent.

Davido remarked, “The best doctors in America are Nigerians.

You can search for it. Even in my record label [Sony Music], Africans bring the best ideas.

That shows that our imagination is off the grid.”

His words reflect his admiration for the ingenuity and talent that Nigerians and Africans, in general, bring to the global stage.

He also touched on the growing influence of African culture in the entertainment industry, especially in music and film.

The singer pointed out that Western filmmakers are increasingly looking to Africa for inspiration, as evidenced by the success of Nigerian movies.

He stated, “Netflix and Amazon Prime come to Africa to get movie ideas.

Now, when you come on Netflix, you will see about two Nigerian movies in the top 10. Africa is next, trust me.”

Babcock University Denies Issuing Carter Efe’s Alleged Certificate

Babcock University makes headlines as it speaks regarding content creator Carter Efe, who claimed that he studied at the school and graduated with a first-class degree.

When asked for proof, he shared a certificate that stated “First Class Upper.” However, the university has now spoken out, stating that the certificate is not from the school and is forged.

“Babcock University does not issue ‘Honorary Certificates’ in recognition of undergraduate academic performance. Academic excellence, including the award of First Class Honours, is formally recognized only through the University’s official degree certificate and academic transcript issued by the Office of the Registrar.”

“There is no academic classification or degree known to Babcock University as ‘First Class Upper.’ The recognized classification is First Class Honours.”
