Davido’s marriage is not a good example to follow – Burna Boy
Grammy Award-winning singer Damini Ogulu, known as Burna Boy, subtly criticized Davido’s marriage, suggesting it’s not a model to follow.
This came after a user urged Burna Boy to consider marrying, citing Davido as an example.
Burna Boy responded by preferring to stay as he is, questioning if the user was aware of Davido’s current challenges.
When teased about his response, Burna Boy questioned if Davido’s situation was a better example.
He also commented positively on Adekunle Gold’s marriage aspirations. Davido is currently embroiled in a custody battle with his ex-partner, Sophia Momodu, despite recently marrying Chioma in a lavish ceremony in Lagos.

Nigerian reality TV star Phyna has spoken about how her perception of marriage has changed since turning 30.
She revealed that reaching the milestone made her reflect on how she used to view older unmarried women when she was younger.
She said “I remember that time all those my aunties that were in their early 30s and were not married. I’d be like, ‘Auntie, you no go marry? Auntie, you no marry?’ Back then, it looked like the auntie had a problem.”
“Guys. Guys. We sef don dey touch am o. Auntie no get problem. I swear. Our aunties, they no get problem. No single problem.”

Nollywood actress Nkechi Blessing has shared her thoughts on dating married men.
Taking to social media, the actress stated that she could never be involved with a married man and explained why.
She wrote “Imagine leaving your husband only to go become a side piece to another woman’s husband. Thunder go really fire some of una… you see me and my younger guys? Leave us alone. I refuse to be the reason for another woman’s tears and sadness.”
She added that she would rather date younger men than become involved with another woman’s husband.

Nollywood actor Stan Nze has spoken about the upcoming 2027 general election while reacting to politician and presidential candidate Peter Obi.
He shared that listening to Peter Obi speak about Nigeria gave him hope that the country could have better leadership.
He said “I saw this video yesterday and it really broke me. It did things to me that I cannot even express. No one should be made to go through these things simply because they want to lead and see Nigeria become better.”
He also encouraged Nigerians to obtain their PVCs and participate in the 2027 election.
