2. Our bodies are mostly water
3. 71% percent of Earth is covered in water.
4. Water can dissolve more substances than any liquid
5. A person can live only a week without water.

Benefits of drinking water
1. Water can prevent constipation
2. Water prevents dehydration
3. Water helps the brain to function
4. Water aids in digestion
5. Water to get rid of waste

Just like everything else too much of water is not good, Here are some Disadvantages of drinking too much water
1. Headache
2. Muscle Cramps
