Controversial Nigerian artist Speed Darlington has spoken out following his release from an extended stay in detention.

Freed on January 21, 2025, Darlington wasted no time addressing his critics. Burna Boy, in a now-deleted Instagram post, issued a stern warning, vowing that Darlington would end up back in jail if he continued his behaviour

Defying expectations of remorse, Darlington instead posted a dramatic Instagram video showing two rams clashing in a fierce battle.

In a cryptic caption, he declared, “I’m back. To those fighting, one step back isn’t running away—it’s to gather strength and strike back with more force!”
