England’s interim manager, Lee Carsley, has provided an update on Bukayo Saka’s injury. Saka was injured during England’s 2-1 UEFA Nations League loss to Greece on Thursday.

The Arsenal forward limped off shortly after England went 1-0 down at Wembley Stadium. He was treated by the medical team and later substituted by Chelsea’s Noni Madueke. Speaking on the injury, Carsley said, as reported by Fabrizio Romano, “He’s being assessed. You could see he felt something in his leg just before the first goal.”
