Love Island USA Season 7 winners were Amaya Espinal and Bryan Arenales, who were heavily celebrated. Many viewers expressed their support for Amaya’s journey, having witnessed how badly she was treated despite the kind heart she showed. A lot of people could relate to her, and she won their votes and hearts by simply being her emotional, genuine self.
It can also be noted that she was voted America’s Favorite Islander in the villa. With that recognition, Amaya has gained attention from several brands. Even Google created a special celebration feature when you search her name.
Popular Nigerian singer, Terry G, expresses discontent as his songs were not added to the recently released list of Top 50 Best Afrobeats of All Time by the popular music magazine, Billboard.
The singer took to social media and commented, “TERRY G robbed,” emphasizing the fact that he could have made it on the list but was ignored by the magazine.
Fans then reacted and shared their thoughts on whether he was truly meant to be there or if the list is very much accurate.
Nigerian Influencer, Do2dtun, calls out Nigerians abroad for discouraging others in the country from relocating.
The influencer took to social media and stated that Nigerians abroad should stop with the advice. He noted that even if they complain about relocating, they have made no step to come back to Nigeria.
“If you japa’d, stop advising people on why they should not come over. If you haven’t moved back to Nigeria; you still live there, please shut up. You are not qualified to discourage people who want to follow the same path. Keep your advice to yourself. If it’s too hard, come back. Let others try.”
