Mental health is a state of our mental well being, it is a huge part of health in general. It enables people to cope with stresses of life and to contribute to their community. Mental Health is something that was hardly acknowledged till the current generation, as the world developed so does the stress that comes with life.

Mental health is now treated with delicateness and has its own month and day dedicated to spreading awareness of it. The month dedicated to mental health awareness is the month of May and for the day, October 10th.

Ways mental health affects a person:
1. It can cause depression.
2. It can cause you to fall ill physically as well as mentally.
3. It affects your daily activities.

Problems of mental health can be caused by bullying, trauma, childhood abuse, any form of abuse, long term stress, and even poverty.

What are the ways to take care of your health?
1. Mental health should be treated the way you would treat yourself physically.
2. Exercise, this can lift up your spirits in terms of being satisfied with your appearance or goal.

5. Find time to put in fun activities of relaxing activities in between your hectic days
