“Only a Virgin Should Request Bride Price” – Reno Omokri
Nigerian Author, Reno Omokri, shares bold claim on bride price and states that only a virgin should request for a bride price.
The author takes to X platform to address the difference between a Dowry and Bride Price, in which he added that a bride price is for those who are still virgins.
“A bride price, however, is different. In African culture, and Jewish traditions and law, it is the property or money demanded by a bride’s family to give her away in marriage to her intended husband, on the grounds that she is a virgin.”
He also speaks to white wedding and shares that is not in African Culture but that of European. He then states that if we are to follow having a white wedding as African, the bride’s father is to pay for the whole thing.
Nigerian reality star and actor Adeoluwa Okusaga, also known as Saga, shares that kissing scenes on screen are not something actors actually enjoy.
The actor shared in a recent interview that kissing is usually scripted and often has no real emotion attached to it.
“It is not easy to kiss another actor. It is weird. I have not really had any good onscreen kiss. It is weird having people invade your mouth with saliva.
“It is not something we enjoy. People think we enjoy it, but we don’t. We are just doing it for the story most times. If I had my way, I won’t kiss anyone in a film… There was a day I kissed four different girls on set.”

The actress revealed that she was the one who paid for their wedding, stating that she even paid for his outfit.
She also shared that while she was pregnant, she still handled the wedding expenses alone.

It can be noted that she is leaving earlier than planned, and it can be recalled that the singer recently got emotional on stage amid a breakup caused by cheating from her boyfriend.
The singer announced her exit on social media to her fans: “Unfortunately, my last performance on Moulin Rouge! The Musical will be May 1. It’s been such an honor to be part of Moulin Rouge and I’ve met so many amazing people in this theater!”
Many fans expressed disappointment, while others sent her love based on understanding and deemed the breakup unfair to her.
