Veteran Nollywood actress Patience Umeh has revealed that her colleague Chioma Chukwuka Akpotha often avoids kissing and romantic scenes in movies.

Speaking on a recent episode of the Where Is The Lie podcast, Umeh linked Chioma’s choice to her strong Catholic background. She described her as someone who grew up with deep religious values.

According to her, Chioma was raised in a devout Catholic home and was once a legionary. This is what influenced her decision to steer clear of such roles.

“She doesn’t do kissing or romance in films. That’s the kind of person she is. She has always been that good girl,” Umeh said.
