American rapper Rubi Rose recently opened up about her affection for Nigeria during a visit to Lagos.
In an interview with Almera Danjuma, Rose shared her enthusiasm for the country, highlighting Nigerian men as her top favourite aspect.
When asked what she loves most about Nigeria, Rose couldn’t help but smile as she said, “Nigerian boys are my favourite things about Nigeria,” accompanied by laughter.
Beyond her fondness for the locals, Rose expressed her delight in Nigerian cuisine.
The rich flavours and diverse dishes of Nigeria have made a significant impression on her, adding to her overall admiration for the country.
From jollof rice to suya, Nigerian food is known for its vibrant tastes, and it seems Rose has fully embraced the culinary delights during her stay.
Interestingly, she also shared that her Nigerian name is Oluwa Ruby, connecting her even more to the culture and heritage of the country.

“I have tasted it [poverty] before. I have been in our house with my parents and siblings, and a bulldozer came and demolished it.”

The singer paused during his performance and said “Personally, I have lost many loved ones, people close to me, so I understand how Wizkid is feeling right now. May his mother, our mother because she was dear to me, rest in peace.”
This gesture touched many fans, as they were in awe of the singer showing a kind heart despite the usual rivalry between their fan bases.
