Skales Thanks Banky W for Sponsoring His University Education
Nigerian singer Raoul John Njeng-Njeng, known as Skales, has expressed gratitude to his former record label boss, Bankole Wellington, aka Banky W, for funding his university education.
The Shake Body singer shared his appreciation on X on Thursday after finally receiving his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration certificate.
Skales revealed that he graduated years ago but only got the certificate recently. He dedicated it to his late mother, thanking Banky W for supporting him through school.
He captioned the post, “Aye, my BSc showed up after many years of graduation! This is for my mother and thank you to @BankyW for sponsoring the boy through school.” Skales signed with Banky W’s Empire Mates Entertainment (E.M.E) in 2009 and left after his contract ended in 2014.

It can be noted that the singer took to social media asking for a graphic designer to create a flyer, which later turned into a challenge that many criticised, stating it undervalued creatives.
Moses Bliss has now issued an apology, saying “I sincerely apologize to every graphic designer who felt disrespected or undervalued… that was never my intention.”
He added “The goal was to give creatives a platform to showcase their work, not to undermine their value.”
