Nigerian Fashion Designer, Veekee James causes reaction from the public and received criticism after her comment regarding women that pay bills.
It can be noted that the fashion designer took to social media to express her awe for women who can handle the bills without their husband’s support.
“What stands out the most is a woman who doesn’t wait for her husband’s money—she provides for her home, works hard with her own hands, and takes care of her husband, children, and staff.”
However, many read it wrongly and shaded her for glorifying independent women and stated that she shames those who cannot handle bills on their own.

In a recent interview with Korty EO, the singer shared that it was against his father to pursue music. His mother then recalled how he came to turn them down on studying abroad and stated he wanted to stay and learn in Nigeria.
