It can be noted that an attack occurred, an attack by cultists which left 12 people dead after a violent outbreak by these cultists.

Due to this attack, the government has responded with a strict 48-hour curfew to save the people and prevent them from entering harm’s way.

It was noted that 12 were pronounced dead and others are still injured.

The attack occurred on the 29th of March, 2026, and now the curfew has been imposed from March 29th to April 1st.

Reports have emerged that health concerns linked to hantavirus were investigated aboard a cruise ship after passengers reportedly showed symptoms connected to the disease.

Authorities shared that the ship would return to land while preparations for quarantine and health screenings were being arranged for passengers and crew members.

“Preparations regarding our point of arrival, quarantine and screening procedures for all guests, and the onward travel plans for all guests and affected crew are being led by organisations from several countries,” the official statement read.

Officials are continuing investigations while health teams monitor the situation closely.
