Nigerian Cleric Woli Arole shares his thoughts on the popular misconception of women being silent or having a lack of voice in marriage.

Arole takes to social media to share his beliefs and reason for disagreeing with such statement. He stated that the woman needs her voice as it can serve as a balance in the marriage and home.

Arole stated that a woman with a lack of voice in her marriage can cause harm in the relationship. “The ideology that women cannot talk or have opinions in marriage is wrong Men, submission doesn’t mean dumbness; your wife is your help meet. At times, the salvation of the home will be in her mouth.”

Nigerian actress Bisola Aiyeola speaks on motherhood and when she found out she was first going to be a mother.

She revealed that she was afraid when she first found out and revealed that she was engaged at that time, however they didn’t get married.

“So it was so shameful because my mum was a single mum and I am about to become one, I feared my child might also have the same fate,” she recalled.

She then added that at the end of the day she is grateful for her daughter after she accepted her fate.
