Former Chelsea and Real Madrid winger Eden Hazard has made it clear who he believes is the greatest dribbler. He says it’s not Cristiano Ronaldo, Neymar, or even rising star Lamine Yamal. For Hazard, only Lionel Messi stands above him.

In a video shared on the UEFA Champions League’s X account, the Belgian was challenged to remain quiet until he heard the name of a player he considered a better dribbler than himself.

Names like PSG’s Désiré Doué, AC Milan’s Rafael Leão, PSG’s Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, and Barcelona’s Raphinha were mentioned, but Hazard didn’t flinch. Even when Riyad Mahrez, Vinícius Júnior, Cristiano Ronaldo, and Lamine Yamal came up, he stayed silent.

He hesitated slightly when Neymar’s name was thrown in, but still kept quiet. It wasn’t until Lionel Messi’s name was mentioned that Hazard finally reacted. This confirms that the Argentine is the only dribbler he ranks higher than himself.
