“2Baba, When Did You and Natasha Start Dating?” – Uche Maduagwu Questions 2Face

Nollywood actor Uche Maduagwu has called out music legend Innocent Idibia, popularly known as 2Face, over his public proposal to Edo State lawmaker Natasha Osawaru amid his ongoing marital issues with Annie Idibia.

A video of 2Face proposing to Natasha went viral on Thursday. Maduagwu, in response, questioned why the singer chose to make the proposal public instead of doing it privately if his intentions were genuine.

He accused 2Face of using the moment to shift attention away from more pressing questions.

In an Instagram post, the actor wrote, “This is pure wickedness. If he meant well, why didn’t he propose in private? Isn’t he still legally married to Annie, or have they divorced? He clearly wanted the drama and attention to distract Nigerians.

“2Baba, when exactly did you and Natasha start dating? Was it before or after you and Annie separated? Or were you both still living together? Did Annie know about it? Is that why her attitude towards you changed? There’s a lot to unpack, I’ll be back.”

Morayo Afolabi-Brown, the Managing Director of TVC Entertainment Channel and host of Your View, has weighed in on the ongoing divorce saga between singer 2Face and his wife, Annie.

In a viral video, 2Face introduced his new lover, Natasha Osawaru, and revealed plans to marry her. This came just two weeks after announcing his split from Annie.

Addressing the controversy on Your View Wednesday, Morayo questioned the singer’s actions, arguing that he shouldn’t walk away without accountability.

“I don’t think he should just go scot-free after what he has done. He has probably left Annie emotionally damaged,” she said.

She also wondered when exactly he stopped loving Annie and whether societal pressure played a role in his decision to stay with her for so long. “At what point did you decide you were no longer with Annie?” she asked.
