Marc Agnifilo, the attorney representing disgraced American rapper and music executive Sean Combs, popularly known as Diddy, has provided an explanation for the discovery of 1,000 bottles of baby oil in his client’s Beverly Hills mansion during a raid by federal officers in March.

Authorities initially suggested that the large quantity of baby oil was intended for use in what they described as “freak offs”—wild parties involving multiple participants.

However, in a new documentary titled *The Downfall of Diddy: The Indictment*, produced by TMZ Studios, Agnifilo refuted these claims.

He explained that Diddy’s purchase of such an enormous supply of baby oil was purely for personal and family use, emphasizing that the rapper has a habit of buying household items in bulk.

“He has a big house and likes to shop in bulk.

I believe there’s a Costco near each of his properties, and he makes use of them,” Agnifilo stated, attempting to dismiss the notion that the baby oil was intended for illicit activities.

The lawyer also addressed allegations regarding Diddy’s supposed “freak offs,” which federal officers had claimed were large-scale orgies.

Agnifilo clarified that these events were typically just threesomes involving Diddy, his ex-girlfriend Cassie, and another male, and not the massive, debaucherous gatherings portrayed by the authorities.

These revelations come amid serious legal troubles for the Bad Boy Records founder, who was recently arrested by Homeland Security on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy, and interstate transportation for prostitution.

Despite the gravity of the accusations, Diddy has pleaded not guilty to all charges.

On Tuesday, September 17, Diddy appeared in court to formally deny the allegations.

His legal team submitted a request for bail, but it was denied twice, leading to concerns for his well-being.

Reports have emerged that he has been placed on suicide watch as the high-profile trial unfolds, adding to the media frenzy surrounding the case.

Nigerian singer Niniola has shared her reasons for remaining an independent artist, despite numerous offers from record labels.

Niniola revealed that her decision was rooted in her awareness of the music business and her commitment to preserving her creative freedom.

In a recent interview with TVC, Niniola reflected on her decade-long journey as an independent artist.

She acknowledged that while signing with a record label has its advantages, such as financial backing and wider promotion, it also comes with significant drawbacks.

According to her, labels often dictate artistic direction, which could compromise her unique style and identity.

Recalling the early days of her career, Niniola disclosed that she was approached by a record label shortly after releasing her debut single, Ibadi.

However, she turned down the offer, fearing that signing a deal might force her to change her sound.

At that time, Afro-house—a genre blending African rhythms with house music—was not widely explored in Nigeria, and she was determined to stay true to her style.

“Being an independent artist allows me to control my creativity,” Niniola explained.

“I’ve seen the business side of music, which many artists overlook.

They focus solely on making music, but there’s more to it. I wanted the freedom to make decisions about my art without interference.”

She admitted that remaining independent comes with challenges, including managing her career, finances, and promotion without the support of a major label.

Beyond her career choices, Niniola shared a personal side of herself.

She described herself as an introvert who often prefers solitude, but her passion for music brings out a more outgoing version of her.

“Music makes me an extrovert. It’s where I feel most alive and expressive,” she said.
