Emeka Ike, a veteran Nollywood actor, recently returned to the screen after a long hiatus and shared the significant progress he made during his absence. In an interview with NollyNow, Ike revealed that his time away allowed him to develop new brands, including Nollywood TV on Startimes, and pursue political opportunities. He expressed excitement about returning to entertain his fans and fulfill his role as one of Nollywood’s pioneering performers.

During his break, Ike experienced personal changes, including the dissolution of his marriage to Suzanne Emma, which ended in 2015 due to allegations of repeated violence. Despite this, Ike has found happiness again with his new wife, Yolanda Pfeiffer, and they have welcomed a baby girl.

In other news, Nigerian Afrobeats star Rema caused a stir at a recent event by introducing American rapper ASAP Rocky to prominent African entrepreneur Tony Elumelu in Paris. It can be noted that the singer took to social media asking for a graphic designer to create a flyer, which later turned into a challenge that many criticised, stating it undervalued creatives.

Moses Bliss has now issued an apology, saying “I sincerely apologize to every graphic designer who felt disrespected or undervalued… that was never my intention.”

He added “The goal was to give creatives a platform to showcase their work, not to undermine their value.”
