One of the most important nutrients to intake is Water, it is one of the best natural resources given to man. We use water for so many things such as washing, bathing, cooking and many more. Today I’ll share some importance of water as well as disadvantages for drinking too much water.

Facts about water
1. Water is found in three forms; gas, solid and liquid
2. Our bodies are mostly water
3. 71% percent of Earth is covered in water.
4. Water can dissolve more substances than any liquid
5. A person can live only a week without water.

Benefits of drinking water
1. Water can prevent constipation
2. Water prevents dehydration
3. Water helps the brain to function
4. Water aids in digestion
5. Water to get rid of waste

Just like everything else too much of water is not good, Here are some Disadvantages of drinking too much water
1. Headache
2. Muscle Cramps
3. Fatigue
4. Frequent urination
5. Shortness of Breath
