Justice Joyce Refuses to Back Down From Case In Rivers State
Justice Joyce Abdulmalik has refused to let go of case involving distribution of funds to local government in river state. The suit filed by the house of assembly plan to stop the movement.The judge, who had previously ruled against some of the defendants four times, dismissed claims of favoritism toward any party in the case.
Accusations have been made by rivers state accountant and CBN against Justice for being handed the case. Bur despite these claims, Justice Joyce dismisses it and carries on with the case proceedings in Abuja.
