Omar Marmoush Reveals Burna Boy as His Favorite Musician and Ronaldinho as Childhood Idol
Manchester City’s new signing, Omar Marmoush, has shared some personal favorites in a recent interview with the club’s media team.
The Egyptian forward, who joined City from German club Eintracht Frankfurt, revealed that Grammy-winning Nigerian superstar Burna Boy is his favorite musician.
When asked about his top artist, Marmoush didn’t hesitate to name the Afrobeats sensation, whose global hits have captivated millions.
Marmoush also opened up about his childhood idol, naming Brazilian football legend Ronaldinho as a major inspiration.
Known for his dazzling skills and joyful style of play, Ronaldinho’s influence clearly shaped Marmoush’s own approach to football.

He explained that sometimes a marriage gets to a point where one or both partners can no longer breathe comfortably in the relationship, which could eventually lead to divorce.
“I celebrate when people get divorced because I feel it means one or both people were not breathing well in the marriage.”
