Timini Egbuson Says He’s Not a Womaniser and is Too Busy for Relationships
Nollywood actor Timini Egbuson has cleared the air on claims that he’s a womaniser, saying the rumor doesn’t reflect his reality. Speaking on a recent episode of The Culture League podcast alongside footballer Victor Boniface and comedian Bovi, the 38-year-old actor said his lifestyle doesn’t leave room for such assumptions to be true.
“A lot of people think I’m out here chasing women, but I’m really not,” he said. “For the past two to three years, I’ve been single and buried in work. Nollywood has completely taken over my life. Unless someone is completely unserious, there’s no way you can handle that much filming and still have time to juggle multiple relationships.”
He admitted he often wonders how some of his friends manage to date several women while still keeping up with work. “Imagine finishing a long day on set, getting home tired around 11 pm, and then having to start entertaining chats. I honestly don’t have the energy for that,” he added.
Timini said he’s not offended by the public’s perception of him. In fact, he finds the “bad boy” label amusing and has no problem letting people believe what they want.
A random Nigerian and fan of Davido has shared how the singer changed his life.
The fan took to social media to praise Davido, stating that the singer’s influence helped improve his life.
“Since Davido came into my life, my life has changed. Davido’s influence has helped me a lot. I’ve used your name to enter places I couldn’t enter normally. I have never regretted choosing you. God bless Davido,” he said.
Many also appreciated the singer and praised the fan for sharing his experience and showing love to Davido.
Nigerian influencer Toke Makinwa recalls and speaks about her love life and what she has done for a man.
The influencer recalled that she used to spoil her partner and remembered a time when she spent a lot, only to end up hurt.
She said, “I stopped buying men gifts after I dated a man who was 10 years older than me. I spent my university semester’s school fees to celebrate his birthday and took him to an Italian restaurant in Victoria Island.
“He ordered everything on the menu. When we got home… there was another woman in his house. That broke me.”
