Two Passengers Arrested by NDLEA Excrete 150 Cocaine Wrap
In a significant drug enforcement operation, the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) has arrested two individuals who excreted a total of 150 wraps containing cocaine. The suspects, identified as Aikhomoun Daniel and Ayigoro Waheed Omobolaji, were apprehended at an undisclosed location during a routine screening by NDLEA officials.
Following suspicions raised during the screening process, the suspects were placed under observation, where it was confirmed that they had ingested numerous wraps of cocaine.
Throughout the observation period, Daniel and Omobolaji excreted a combined total of 150 wraps of the illicit substance.
This successful seizure underscores the NDLEA’s commitment to combating drug trafficking and related criminal activities. NDLEA officials continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the suspects’ activities, with both individuals expected to face legal consequences by Nigerian law.
Further details regarding the ongoing investigation and legal proceedings against Aikhomoun Daniel and Ayigoro Waheed Omobolaji are anticipated as authorities continue their efforts to dismantle drug trafficking operations within the country.

It has been reported that fire occurred at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos (MMIA), Terminal 1. This fire incident occurred on Monday, 23rd of February, 2026.
Passengers at that terminal were spotted running away for safety after seeing the fire and the alarm.
The Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) released a statement and shared that no life was lost and people were saved and avoided danger.
It has been reported that Kano State has closed down all entertainment spots across the state. This was stated to happen because of the ongoing Ramadan fast.
The federal government shared that the new law will take place from 18th of February, 10 pm, till the last day of Ramadan. This is in order for the people participating in it to truly focus on the fast.
