USA Tik Tok Ban Takes Immediate Effect As Of January 19th

The United States officially bans the social media platform, Tik Tok. The government issued a warning to the citizens of the date the application will cease function which is on the 19th of January, 2025.
Despite the doubt of many users about the ban not happening, some users began experiencing difficulties to access the app.
Eventually it reached the whole country. As they open up the app awarning message pops up stopping them from making use of the platform.
Fans of the social media platform share sadness over the loss of Tik Tok and wonder if the ban is temporary.
