IK Ogbonna Slams CAN Over Fake Miracles
Nollywood actor IK Ogbonna has criticized the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) over reports of “fake miracles” in some churches.
In an Instagram post on Wednesday, Ogbonna condemned the misuse of God’s name for deceitful purposes, calling it a betrayal of the gospel. He urged Christians to be wary of social media trends that undermine their faith and called on the federal government and CAN to regulate and hold those responsible accountable.

Nigerian Media Personality, Do2dtun shares his thoughts on reality star, Whitemoney’s remark at the Headies Award Show 2025.
The reality star was seen in attendance in order to collect a music award on behalf of Flavour. However when Whitemoney stepped to take the award he stated “on the behalf of the Igbos” causing reactions from many.
Do2dtun then takes to his official X page to crticize the reality star’s comment. “On behalf of the Igbos.’ I am sorry, that was so unnecessary. It didn’t need that type of narrative. It’s an award won by an African; for Afrobeat and a Nigerian.”
