AGN Defends Ini Edo Amid CAN Backlash Over A Very Dirty Christmas
The Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN) steps in and defends actress Ini Edo regarding her latest movie, “A Very Dirty Christmas,” amid issues with CAN, the Christian Association of Nigeria.
It can be noted that earlier, CAN described the movie title as offensive to Christians because it negates what Christmas is about.
AGN then reacted and released a statement “It would have been more constructive to assess the film through a complete review of its content rather than focusing only on the title.”
“A full viewing of the film confirms that it contains no scenes or narratives that ridicule, demean, or undermine Christianity.”
Nigerian fashion designer Veekee James celebrated her 31st birthday and shared pictures on social media with her daughter.
The influencer spoke about how her life has changed and described motherhood as the greatest gift she has received.

Nigerian actor Bovi has spoken about marriage and divorce, sharing his thoughts on the subject.
The actor revealed during a recent interview that not all divorces should be seen as failures.
He explained that sometimes a marriage gets to a point where one or both partners can no longer breathe comfortably in the relationship, which could eventually lead to divorce.
“I celebrate when people get divorced because I feel it means one or both people were not breathing well in the marriage.”
Nigerian actor Tioruju Mondusi has shared one of the most painful experiences of his life.
During a recent interview, the actor revealed that his wife gave him the most painful news he had ever received.
“The only person that did the most painful thing to me in life is my wife. The incident brought tears to my eyes. She’s late now, may God forgive her.”
The actor revealed that his wife told him that the pregnancy she was carrying was not his and that the child belonged to another man.
