Mohbad’s Widow Reveals Their Son’s Greatest Enemy is His Own Grandfather Amidst Family Dispute
Wunmi, the widow of the late singer Ilerioluwa Aloba, also known as Mohbad, has made a striking revelation about her son, Liam.
In a recent Instagram Stories post, she wrote, “Liam’s greatest enemy is his grandfather. Life is funny.” Wunmi did not clarify whether she was referring to Liam’s maternal or paternal grandfather.
Tensions have been high between Wunmi and Mohbad’s father since the singer’s death, with the singer’s father publicly demanding a DNA test to confirm Liam’s paternity.
Music executive Ubi Franklin speaks on music and shares how music is actually very risky to get into, and he explains why.
He states that no matter how much you put into music, you are never sure of how much you will get back.
He said “Music is the riskiest business I’ve ever done. You need ₦100m to promote one song. Even if TikTok carries it, you still need money to keep it on the charts because people have short attention spans, and there’s no guarantee you’ll get your money back.”
Popular singer Lil Nas X shares an emotional tribute to his mum.
The singer took to social media and shared: “RIP TO THE BADDEST EVER! LOVE U FOREVER MOMMY. this one’s gonna hurt,” he wrote in the caption.
The rapper shared this over the weekend. No one is really sure of the details, her age, or how or when she died. However, many sympathise with the singer as he loses a parent.
Nigerian actress Mo Bimpe gets emotional online as she states that she was invited to Rakeem, Priscilla Ojo and Juma Jux’s son’s birthday party and had a good time.
She then got emotional, remembering when she was not usually invited to such events because she did not have kids. She always felt sad because of this, so going for this birthday party made her happy.
She added at the end “Please don’t make it harder by excluding people. A woman without a child is not less deserving of love, friendship, inclusion, or celebration. Invite her. Love her. Celebrate with her. You never truly know what someone is carrying behind their smile.”
